ABSTRACT
Dextrocardia is an uncommon congenital condition in which the heart is on the right with its apex pointing to the right instead of left side of the thorax. The condition can be identified or excluded via thorough history and physical examination, chest radiography, electrocardiography and echocardiography. Dextrocardia presents with unusual and specific electrocardiographic features which can sometimes lead to confusion, create havoc and press for un-necessary cardiology work-up.
