EXAMINING THE RELATION OF MORAL INTELLIGENCE AND WORKING LIFE QUALITY OF KOHKILOYEH CITY PRACTICAL NURSES

ABSTRACT
Working life quality is a universal plan which increases the personnel satisfaction and reinforces learning in workplace. This study has been conducted with the aim of examining the relation between moral intelligence and working life quality. This study is of descriptive-survey type where data collecting tool is Walton standard questionnaires of working life quality and moral intelligence whose reliability has been obtained 0.84 and 0.89 by means of Cronbach alpha and the statistical analysis has been performed by SPSS 23 software. The results of correlation test showed that there is a significant relation between sufficient and just payment, supplying continuous of growth and continuous safety, working life social interdependence, integrity and social coherence and moral intelligence in the level of P< 0.01 and between legal positivism in the organization and moral intelligence in the level of P
