PRIYANGUADI TAIL IN THE MANAGEMENT OF KARNASRAVA W.S.R. TO CSOM

ABSTRACT
Karnasrava is the condition characterized by discharge from Karna and occurs mainly due to vitiation of Vata Kapha Dosha. “Chronic supporative otitis media (CSOM)” have very much resemblance in clinical presentation to Karnasrava. It is a common medical problem of infancy and childhood. The present study has been done on 25 patients of Karnasrava, under single group. “Priyanguadi Tail” has been selected for filling in ear for the present study. The signs and symptoms were studied before and after treatment. Result of the study indicates that clinical study has not given a satisfactory result to researcher. No adverse effect of the trial drug came into light during the course of trial.
