The present study was conducted to evaluate anti-inflammatory of Spirulina. The effect was studied by using invitro models such as inhibition of Albumin (Protein) activity, Inhibition of protease denaturation, Membrane stabilization activity. The activity was studied by taking various concentrations of test compound. This extract achieving respectively high degree of anti-inflammatory potential present study conducted that Spirulina plantensis showed a significant anti-inflammatory potential. The GC-MS/MS analysis reveals the presence of Nonadecane, 9-Eicosyne.Which has the nature of working as an anti-inflammatory agent.[Full Text Article]
