ABSTRACT
Hirschsprung disease is one of the most familar disease in pediatric surgical cases, also acknowledged as congenital megacolon. It is happened due to congenital loss of ganglionic cell in the muscular wall of distal part of the gut with resulting loss of peristaltic function in that part of intestine and distension of the colon proximal to the affected segment.
