ABDOMINAL LYMPH NODE METASTASIS OF BREAST CARCINOMA

ABSTRACT
A 47-year-old femal, G0P0, she had no history of oral contraception use, neither pathologic disease , who presented Invasive breast carcinoma of no special type, staged T2N1M0, with nodal exctracapsular extension, SBR III, ER /PR positive. The patient undergone surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and hormonotherapy. Follow up showed a good clinical response during eight years. Abdominal complaints caused the patient to consult, She proceeded to have a diagnostic abdominal scann, wich demonstrated a huge abdominal lymph nodes, realizing intra and retroperitoneal masses. Biopsies revealed a metastasis of breast carcinoma.
