ABSTRACT
Gastric lipomas are slow growing benign tumors composed of mature adipose tissue and the gastrointestinal tract is a rare site of occurrence. The occurrence is rare and account for less than 1% of all tumors of the stomach and 5% of all gastrointestinal lipomas.[1,2] Within the gastrointestinal tract, the colon is a common site of involvement followed by the ileum and jejunum.[3]
