CANCER OF THE NASAL SEPTUM

ABSTRACT
Cancer of the nasal septum is a rare entity. The clinical presentation is variable with the most common symptoms being nasal mass, recurrent epistaxis, nasal obstruction, facial pain and signs of orbital involvement such as epiphora, diplopia and proptosis. The treatment of nasal septum carcinoma has evolved significantly over the decades.
