ABSTRACT
The association of cerebral venous thrombosis and pregnancy is rare, requiring an exhaustive etiological search as well as the prompt initiation of anticoagulant treatment with low molecular weight heparin. We discuss here the case of a patient admitted for cortical vein thrombosis at 18 weeks of amenorrhea (SA), then we spread out the epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical, therapeutic and evolutionary characteristics of gravido-puerperal cerebral thrombophlebitis.
