ABSTRACT
Acharya Sushrut mentions that Ayurveda originated from Atharveda. Shalya Tanta is the main branch of Ayurveda.[1] Acharya Sushrut was the first to put forward the basic ideological principles of Shalya Tantra, based on which surgeries were performed in ancient India. The health of an individual depends on his diet and lifestyle. Diet plays a very important role in Parikartika. The choice of management method in Parikartika should be selected on the basis of drugs and treatments that help heal ulcers as well as reduce pain types s uch as cuts and pain.[2] The fissure-in-ano management protocol in Ayurvedic science is Matra Basti with Jatyadi Tail.
