Ayurveda offers timeless solutions through principles like Dinacharya, Ritucharya, and Ratricharya, which align the body’s rhythms with nature’s cycles. This article explores the physiology of circadian rhythms, their disruptions, and the Ayurvedic approach to restoring harmony. Integrating Ayurvedic practices with modern science provide a classical approach to mitigating circadian disruptions promoting a healthier, more resilient lifestyle in today’s fast-paced world.
