Suryaprakash T.*, Manju S.V., Chandanam Sreedhar, Harsha K. Tripathy, T. Srinivasa Rao and Muniraja N.

ABSTRACT

Sacubitril & valsartan are fixed-dose combination drugs used to treat heart failure. It is marketed under several trade names, including Entresto. It includes the angiotensin receptor the blocker valsartan and the neprilysin inhibitor sacubitril. One term used to characterize the combo is "angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor" (ARNi). Analytical techniques for valsartan and sacubitril are studied both their independent and combination dosage form use. Techniques such as UV spectroscopy, HPLC, Stability-Indicating RP-HPLC, and HPTLC have been documented for both individual drugs or their combination estimates.
